Generally we recommend 3 to 5 treatments within a 5 week period. Some clients feel relief in 1-3 treatments, whereas others may require more than 6 treatments.

Colon problems are the result of many years of improper diet and lack of exercise. They cannot be corrected in one session! "Colon health" is a life long maintenance program.

Use of supplements, such as Psyllium seed husks powder, assist in the cleansing of accumulated matter from the colon intestinal walls.

The above preparation is not an absolute essential, but highly recommended.

Bodystat body composition assessment.

This assessment comprises of a 15 minute appointment, you receive a ten page report benchmarking your current body composition status, future visits map the progress you have made through changes in nutrition and physical training.
